Operation:
- Open the case
- fill the container with 500ml calibration liquid
- connect one power supply with the case (pump)
- connect the other power supply with the heating element
- switch on the heating element with the button
- connect the tube with pressure reducer to the pump and heating element
- connect the tube without pressure reducer to the heating element and your breathalyser
- now wait until the LCD displays a temperature of 34°C and the green LED (READY) flashes
Calibration:
After the calibration facility is set up and the READY LED flashes, you can begin with the calibration of your breathalyser.
- Select “Calibration” in the menu of your breathalyser
(more details are in the manual of the breathalyser) - Connect the breathalyser with the calibration facility
- Start the calibration by pressing the red button of the pump. For about 10 seconds air flows into the breathalyser and at the same time the breathalyser makes a noise. If there is no noise heard the pressure should be raised with the help of the pressure reducer
